She specializes in corporate and commercial matters, particularly in relation to acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructurings and the conduct of high-level due diligence reports on target companies.
Education: LLB and LLM in International and Commercial Law with a specialist designation in International Oil and Gas Law from the University of Buckingham.
