Ancoria Bank Ltd announces that Dr. Andreas C. Kritiotis is appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ancoria Bank. His appointment is effective from 01/02/2019.
Ancoria Bank would like to welcome Dr. Andreas C. Kritiotis to its Board of Directors.
Andreas has more than twenty years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector. He served as Manager in the Consultancy Division of the Cyprus Development Bank, as well as General Manager of EuroLife Ltd for eleven years and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Life Insurance Public Co. Ltd for six years. Andreas has also participated in the Boards of Directors of Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd, as well as Emporiki Bank (Cyprus) Ltd and the Employers’ and Industrialists’ Federation, among other directorships that he has held during his career. He also served as Chairman of the Insurance Association of Cyprus.
Education: B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London. M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
