If you have an approved bank account, you can easily close it by following the steps below:

  • Log in to myAncoria
  • Navigate to “Security”
  • Under “Important Information,” select “Close my account(s)”
  • A representative of the Bank will contact you for additional details

If you have an application in progress for a new bank account, you can request to delete your personal data at any time by emailing dpo@ancoriabank.com or contacting our Customer Service.

What is online banking?

Online banking lets you manage your banking needs on any device with internet access without having to download an application.

What is the difference between online banking and mobile banking?

Online banking is accessible on any device with internet connection and it does not require users to download any specific banking application. Usually any standard web browser like Safari or Chrome work well. Mobile banking requires for a banking application to be downloaded.

Do I have to register or apply for Ancoria Bank’s online banking?

No. Once your Current Account application is approved you get your credentials to the Bank’s online banking. This applies to all of our customers that hold a Current Account with us.

How can I access myAncoria?

You can download it from the relevant app store (App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery). Before logging in, please make sure that you have your online banking credentials (username and password). Otherwise, download the myAncoria app.

Where can I find my online banking credentials?

Once your application to open a current account is approved, we will send you your online banking credentials electronically.

I forgot my username, what should I do?

If you forget your username, please contact our Customer Service to help you.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, you can reset it through myAncoria. Please note that you will need your username, access to the email address you provided and the mobile phone number you have registered to Ancoria Bank.

Do I need to log out after I finish using Ancoria Bank’s online banking?

For security reasons we recommend that you always log out from your myAncoria account after you finish using our online banking.

Is there a fee for using Ancoria Bank’s online banking?

No, there is no fee. Using our online banking, myAncoria, is free of charge. However, keep in mind that for some services, fees apply. For more information, please view our Table of Commission and Charges.

What accounts can I access through myAncoria?

You can access your personal accounts (Current Account, Savings Account, Fixed Term Deposit Accounts and Loan Account) as well as your business account without having to log out and log in again. You can do it easily by clicking your name and choose your business account.

Can I be logged in to myAncoria on multiple devices?

You can have one active session on the web and one on a mobile device. For your account’s security, multiple sessions on different devices are not allowed.
