• If your loan is not secured with a mortgage, you have the right to withdraw from the loan agreement within 14 days from its signing or from the receipt of the terms of the loan agreement if it follows the signing of the agreement.

Will my Personal Loan from Ancoria Bank have a fixed or variable interest rate?

Ancoria Bank’s Personal Loan has a variable interest rate, calculated based on the BBRC (Bank’s Base Rate Consumer) plus the margin or on Euribor 6-month base rate. Also, we offer Cash Collateral Personal Loans with a fixed interest rate. You can view the rates here.

What is the difference between variable and fixed interest rates?

Are there any initial charges?

  • Processing Fee: There is a processing fee of 1% of the amount of the facility, with a minimum fee of €50 that will be charged at the opening of the facility.
  • Documentation Fee: Documentation fees of €50 are applicable to all facilities for individuals with amounts that are less than or equal to €30,000. For facilities exceeding €30,000, documentation fees amount to €80.
