The Bank invites applications from aspiring professionals for the position of Product Owner – Customer Facing Systems at its Head Offices in Nicosia.

What You’ll Do:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and deliver impactful solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, maintaining, and grooming product backlog items for Customer Facing Systems.
- Developing user stories for each product backlog item, including relevant UX prototypes as needed.
- Performing usability tests to ensure that each prototype is user-friendly and efficient.
- Collaborating with the development team to achieve timely completion of each development sprint.
- Participating in scrum activities (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives).
- Establishing and monitoring metrics to indicate user engagement, drop-out rates, etc.
- Providing training and guidance to end users as needed.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for motivated individuals with:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of product owner experience, preferably in a regulated environment (banking, fintech, financial services)
- Technical Skills: Ability to build UX prototypes in any tool.
- Business Analysis Skills: Ability to understand complicated processes in detail
- Quick Learner: Strong ability to quickly understand and manage complexity
- Collaborative Spirit: A great team player with leadership potential, driven to enhance business goals
- Growth Mindset: Passion for learning and challenging yourself to attain new skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek and/or English (verbal and written)
