The Bank invites applications from aspiring professionals for the position of Customer Service Officer – Retail Line at its Banking Centre in Larnaca.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Provides Teller counter services to customers:
– Opens and manages different types of accounts
– Opens and reconciles the cash till box
– Processes customer transactions and cheque handling
– Issues/orders cards
– Opens standing orders - Prepares and forwards, to the Operations Department, customers’ requests, i.e. SEPA and outward transfers, standing orders, card dispute issues etc.
- Provides support to Relationship Officers by executing transactions relating to loan granting, and opening standing orders related to assigned insurances
- Prepares and forwards, to Trade Services, customers’ requests, i.e. Letters of Guarantee
- Extracts reports from the TCRs and submits them to the line manager
- Maintains updated customer records
- Provides excellent customer service, aligned with the Bank’s values
- Resolves product or service related issues by effectively handling customer enquiries and complains
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or any other related discipline
