How to get your card

Through the myAncoria app:
First, download the myAncoria app on your phone or tablet and open a Current Account in just a few steps. You’ll need a valid Cyprus ID card or Passport and a recent utility bill in your name as proof of address. Complete the necessary information, take a selfie video so that we can verify your identity and sign your documents electronically. Once your application is approved, we’ll send you your debit card via post and your online banking credentials electronically.

Through one of our Banking Centres:
Visit any of our Banking Centres in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca and our team will be happy to assist you. All you have to do is bring a valid Cyprus ID card or Passport along with proof of income and a recent utility bill in your name showing your current address.

Request an appointment

The Bank may request additional documentation and information for “Know Your Customer” (KYC) purposes. The application to open an account is subject to the approval of the Bank.

 

Activate your Debit Card

Your new debit card will have to be activated. To activate your debit card, log in to the myAncoria app, click on the card icon to confirm that you received your card and set your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

 

Activate contactless transactions

To activate contactless transactions, you need to use your card for the first time, at any ATM or point of sale by entering your PIN.

Report a Lost/Stolen card

Immediately call 8000 0050 / +357 22 849000 (from abroad), if you lose your debit card. The lines are open 24 hours, seven days a week. Alternatively, log in to myAncoria and report the card lost/stolen or deactivate/cancel the card.

Yes, you can use your Ancoria Bank Debit Card anywhere in the world.

How do I set up my card notifications?

You can receive notifications on your phone about your card activity. To enable notifications open the myAncoria app, go to Settings and enable notifications for transactions.

How can I access myAncoria?

You can download it from the relevant app stores (App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery). Before logging in, please make sure that you have your online banking credentials (username and password).

Where can I find my online banking credentials?

Once your application to open a current account is approved, we will send you your online banking credentials electronically.

I forgot my username for myAncoria, what should I do?

If you forget your username, please contact our Customer Service to help you.

I forgot my password for myAncoria, what should I do?

If you forget your password, you can reset it through myAncoria. Please note that you will need your username, access to the email address you provided and the mobile phone number you have registered to Ancoria Bank.

Do I need to log out after I finish using Ancoria Bank’s online banking?

For security reasons we recommend that you always log out from your myAncoria account after you finish using our online banking.
