The Bank invites applications from aspiring professionals for the position of HR Officer at its Head Offices in Nicosia.
The Position
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts, conducting interviews, and assisting in in the on boarding process of new joiners
- Safeguarding the implementation of the HR internal procedures of the Bank
- Assisting on the implementation of the Bank’s annual training plan
- Communicating and liaising with external partners and vendors
- Providing HR support and servicing all staff, ensuring compliance to internal policies and legal demands
- Assisting in the monthly payroll process
The Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in HR Management or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR support position, ideally in the banking industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and follow up skills
- Excellent knowledge of both the Greek & English language
- Computer literate with very good knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency in Excel
